“Trainer, heal thyself.” Even as a personal trainer myself, I reached a point where I had plateaued when it came to my own workouts. I put so much time and effort into the physical fitness programs of others but I was struggling to find the motivation and therefore, the results that I wanted for myself. I needed a new fresh set of eyes on my workout regimens. I also needed a workout plan that complemented my half-marathon training schedule. That’s when I met John, a friend of my boyfriend’s. He gave me all these new ideas for building core strength and gaining all over lean muscle mass. He also helped me with my diet, something I wasn’t an expert in. It has paid off immensely.
