I’ve been working out John for several years and must say that I am in the best physical shape of my life! Prior to working with John, I had what I thought was a good “working knowledge” of the gym and how to get into shape. After only a month with John I was making big gains in terms of strength and stamina. John also wrote a great diet for me that helped me put on muscle, not just mass.
